Managing your Google Play subscription
If you subscribed to Centr in the app on your Android device, your subscription is billed and managed through Google Play. You can do everything below from the Play Store app or at pay.google.com.
View your subscription
Open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, and go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, then select Centr. You’ll see your plan, price, and next billing date, or the date your access ends if you’ve cancelled.
Can’t find Centr? Check your expired subscriptions, and make sure you’re signed in to the Google account you used to subscribe. If it isn’t there, you may have subscribed at centr.com or through Apple.
Cancel your subscription
- Open the Play Store and go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Centr, tap Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts to confirm.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Once cancelled, your subscription will show the date it expires, and you’ll keep full access until then. If it still shows a renewal date, the cancellation didn’t go through, so try again.
Deleting the Centr Coach app doesn’t cancel your subscription.
Update your payment method
In the Play Store, go to Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods, and add or update your card. You can also manage payment methods at pay.google.com. If a payment fails, Google will retry it automatically once your details are updated.
View purchase history and receipts
Google Play emails a receipt to your Google account email each time you’re charged. In Gmail, check the Promotions tab if you don’t see it. To see past charges:
On your Android device: Open the Play Store and go to Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history.
On a computer: Go to pay.google.com and select Transactions.
Each receipt includes a Google Play order number starting with GPA (for example, GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567). Please include it if you contact us about a Google Play charge, since it helps us find your transaction quickly.
Request a refund
Within 48 hours of being charged: In the Play Store, go to Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history, select your Centr charge, and tap Request a refund. You can also do this at pay.google.com.
After 48 hours: Refunds are at Google’s discretion. You can still submit a request through Google Play Help, and Google will let you know their decision by email.
Good to know
Free trials automatically become paid subscriptions unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Family Library isn’t available for Centr subscriptions. Each person needs their own.
