How do I cancel if Centr isn’t for me?
How you cancel depends on where you subscribed. You can cancel anytime with no fees, and you’ll keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, or until the end of your free trial.
Not sure where you subscribed?
Check your email for your receipt. A receipt from Centr means you subscribed at centr.com, a receipt from Apple means you subscribed through the App Store, and a receipt from Google Play means you subscribed through the Play Store.
How to cancel
Centr.com: Log in at centr.com, go to Subscription > Plan & Billing, and select Cancel plan.
Apple (iPhone or iPad): Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, select Centr, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Google Play (Android): Open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select Centr, and tap Cancel subscription.
For Apple and Google Play, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date or the end of your trial to avoid being charged again.
How to tell it worked
For centr.com subscriptions, you’ll receive a confirmation email that no further payments will be taken. For Apple and Google Play, your subscription will show an expiration date instead of a renewal date.
What happens after you cancel
You won’t be charged again, and you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period or trial. Your workout history and progress are saved, so they’ll be waiting for you if you come back. Partial periods aren’t refunded.
Requesting a refund
Centr.com: Email [email protected] with your account email and the charge you’d like refunded.
Apple: Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple makes the final decision on App Store refunds.
Google Play: Request a refund through the Play Store. Google makes the final decision on Play Store refunds.
Troubleshooting
Can’t find Centr in your Apple or Google subscriptions: Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe. If you have more than one account, check each one. If it’s not in either store, you likely subscribed at centr.com.
Cancelled by mistake: For Apple and Google Play, you can usually resubscribe from the same subscriptions screen before your access ends. For centr.com subscriptions, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help.
Coming back later
You can rejoin anytime at centr.com or through the App Store or Play Store at current pricing. Free trials are one per account, so returning members start a paid membership.
