Subscription Billing Schedule
When you'll be charged for your CENTR subscription depends on your billing cycle and subscription type.
Monthly Subscription Billing
- First charge: When you sign up (or when trial ends)
- Renewal charges: Same day each month
- Example: Sign up on the 15th → charged on 15th of each month
Note: For months with fewer than 31 days, billing may adjust. If you signed up on the 31st, February billing may occur on the 28th.
Annual Subscription Billing
- First charge: When you sign up (or when trial ends)
- Renewal charge: One year from signup date
- Example: Sign up November 10, 2025 → next charge November 10, 2026
Trial Subscription Billing
- During trial: No charges
- First charge: Day after trial ends
- Example: 7-day trial starts October 1 → first charge October 8
Auto-Renewal Timing by Platform
Apple App Store
- Renewal processes 24 hours before subscription period ends
- Must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charge
Google Play
- Similar to Apple - renewal around 24 hours before period ends
- Cancel at least 24 hours before to prevent charge
Web Subscriptions
- Charges on your specific billing date each period
- Processed on the billing date (not 24 hours early)
How to Check Your Next Charge Date
Apple Subscriptions
- Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → CENTR
- Shows "Renews on [date]" with next billing date
Google Play Subscriptions
- Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CENTR
- Shows next billing date
Web Subscriptions
- Check your last payment receipt email for billing cycle info
- Or contact [email protected] to confirm next billing date
First Charge Timing
New signups:
- Charged immediately when you subscribe
- Or charged when free trial ends
After trial:
- First charge occurs the day after trial expires
- Sets your recurring billing date
