How do I view my subscription details?
Where you find your subscription details depends on where you subscribed. Not sure? Check your receipt email: receipts from Centr mean you subscribed at centr.com, while receipts from Apple or Google Play mean you subscribed through their app store.
Centr.com
Log in at centr.com and go to Subscription > Plan & Billing. There, you’ll see your plan, your next billing date (or the date your access ends if you’ve cancelled), and options to manage or cancel your subscription.
Apple
On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions and select Centr. You’ll see your plan, price, and next billing date, or an expiration date if you’ve cancelled.
Google Play
Open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, and go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, then select Centr. You’ll see your plan, price, and next billing date, or an expiration date if you’ve cancelled.
Can’t find your subscription?
If Centr doesn’t appear in any of these places, you may have subscribed with a different email address, Apple ID, or Google account. Check each one you use, or contact us at [email protected] with any email addresses you might have used, and we’ll help you find it.
