How does auto-renewal work?
Your Centr subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, so your access continues without interruption. Your payment method is charged each time it renews, until you cancel.
When you’ll be charged
Your subscription renews every month, every 3 months, or once a year, depending on your plan.
Centr.com: You’re charged on your billing date. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th of the month, you’ll be charged on the 15th.
Apple and Google Play: Renewals can be charged up to 24 hours before your current period ends, so cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Check your next renewal date
Centr.com: Log in at centr.com and go to Subscription > Plan & Billing.
Apple: Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions and select Centr.
Google Play: Open the Play Store and go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, then select Centr.
If you want to review your subscription before it renews, it’s a good idea to add your renewal date to your calendar.
Turn off auto-renewal
To stop auto-renewal, cancel your subscription. You won’t be charged again, and you’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. You can resubscribe anytime.
Centr.com: Log in, go to Subscription > Plan & Billing, and select Cancel plan.
Apple: Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, select Centr, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Google Play: Open the Play Store, go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select Centr, and tap Cancel subscription.
Once cancelled, your subscription will show the date it expires instead of the date it renews.
