If you subscribed to CENTR through the app on your Android device, all subscription management happens through Google Play's system, not the CENTR app itself.

Key Point: CENTR Cannot Manage Google Play Subscriptions

Google Play controls all billing, payments, cancellations, and refunds for Android app subscriptions. CENTR cannot:

  • Cancel your Google Play subscription
  • Process refunds for Google Play purchases
  • Change your Google payment method
  • View your Google billing history
  • Modify your Google subscription

Everything must be done through Google Play.

How to View Your Google Play Subscription

  1. Open Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your Profile icon (top right)
  3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions"
  4. Tap "Subscriptions"
  5. Find and tap CENTR

What you'll see:

  • Subscription status
  • Next billing date or expiration date
  • Subscription plan and price
  • Payment method
  • Manage subscription options

How to Cancel Your Google Play Subscription

  1. Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  2. Select CENTR
  3. Tap "Cancel subscription"
  4. Follow prompts (Google may ask why you're cancelling)
  5. Confirm cancellation

Important timing: Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid next charge.

After cancelling: Shows "Expires on [date]"

Access: You keep full access until expiration date.

How to Request Google Play Refund

Method 1: Through Google Play Store app

  1. Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history
  2. Find CENTR charge
  3. Tap on the charge
  4. Tap "Request a refund" or "Report a problem"
  5. Select reason and provide details
  6. Submit request

Method 2: Through web browser

  1. Go to pay.google.com
  2. Sign in with your Google account
  3. Find CENTR subscription in transactions
  4. Request refund

How to Update Google Play Payment Method

  1. Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions
  2. Tap "Payment methods"
  3. Add new method or edit existing
  4. Save changes

How to View Google Play Purchase History

On Android:

  1. Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history

On computer:

  1. Go to pay.google.com
  2. View all transactions

How to Get Google Play Receipts

Automatic emails: Google sends receipts to your Gmail or Google account email

  • Subject: "Your receipt from Google Play"
  • Sender: [email protected]
  • Check Promotions tab or spam folder

Access online: pay.google.com → Transactions → Find charge → View receipt

Google Play Order ID (GPA Number)

Each Google Play transaction has a unique order ID:

  • Format: GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567
  • Found in: Receipt email, pay.google.com transaction history
  • Used for: Support inquiries, refund tracking

If contacting CENTR about a Google subscription, providing your GPA order ID helps locate your transaction.

Google Play-Specific Billing Rules

24-Hour Cancellation Rule

Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal date. Google processes renewals around 24 hours before period ends.

48-Hour Refund Window

New subscriptions within 48 hours have automatic refund eligibility. After 48 hours, refunds are discretionary.

Auto-Renewal

All Google Play subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

Family Library

Some Google Play subscriptions support Family Library sharing, but CENTR subscriptions are individual only.

Troubleshooting Google Play Billing Issues

"I can't find CENTR in my subscriptions"

  • Check expired subscriptions section
  • Verify correct Google account signed in
  • May have subscribed through different platform

"Cancellation didn't work"

  • Verify: Should show "Expires on [date]" not "Renews on [date]"
  • If still shows renewal date → try cancelling again
  • Ensure you confirmed cancellation

"Payment declined"

  • Update payment method
  • Contact your bank
  • Google will automatically retry charge

"Charged but cancelled"

  • Check if cancelled less than 24 hours before renewal
  • Request refund through Google Play
