Key Point: CENTR Cannot Manage Apple Subscriptions
Apple controls all billing, payments, cancellations, and refunds for App Store subscriptions. CENTR does not have access to Apple's payment system and cannot:
- Cancel your Apple subscription
- Process refunds for Apple purchases
- Change your Apple payment method
- View your Apple billing history
- Modify your Apple subscription plan
Everything must be done through Apple's system.
How to View Your Apple Subscription
- Open Settings on iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the very top
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Find CENTR in your subscription list
What you'll see:
- Subscription status (Active or Expired)
- Next billing date or expiration date
- Subscription plan (Monthly or Annual)
- Price
- Payment method
- Options to change or cancel
How to Cancel Your Apple Subscription
