Understanding Your Workout History
What Information is Displayed
For each completed workout, you can typically see:
- Workout name and trainer
- Date and time completed
- Workout duration
- Workout type (Strength, HIIT, Yoga, etc.)
- Which program it was from (if applicable)
Reviewing Past Workouts
You can tap on completed workouts in your history to:
- View workout details
- See your logged weights (if you used Weights Tracker)
- Repeat the same workout again
- Review program progress
Why Your History Matters
Motivation Through Consistency
Seeing your completed workouts builds momentum:
- Visual proof of your commitment
- Streak tracking (consecutive days/weeks)
- Total workouts completed milestone
- Evidence of habit formation
Progress Tracking
Your history helps you evaluate:
- How often you're training
- Which types of workouts you do most
- Whether you're following your program consistently
- Patterns in your training schedule
Accountability
Reviewing your history regularly keeps you accountable:
- Spot gaps in consistency
- Identify excuses or patterns of skipping
- Celebrate wins and consistency streaks
- Stay honest with yourself about effort
Using History to Plan Forward
Your workout history isn't just about looking back - use it to plan ahead:
- Balance your training: Notice if you're doing too much cardio and not enough strength (or vice versa)
- Avoid overtraining: If you see multiple intense workouts with no rest days, schedule recovery
- Find patterns: Identify which days you consistently workout and which days you skip
- Repeat favorites: Go back to workouts you loved and do them again
Workout History vs. Logbook
It's important to understand the difference:
- Activity History (Home tab): Shows WHICH workouts you completed and when
- Logbook (for Self-Guided workouts): Shows HOW MUCH weight you lifted and reps completed
Activity tracks completion, Logbook tracks performance details for strength training.
History Across Devices
Your workout history syncs across all your devices:
- Complete a workout on your phone, see it in history on your tablet
- Log in on centr.com to view your history on the web
- Your data follows you regardless of where you train
Make sure you're logged in and have internet connection for syncing to work properly.
History is Permanent
Your completed workouts remain in your history forever:
- Leaving a program doesn't delete workout history from that program
- Canceling and reactivating your subscription preserves history
- Your training record builds over months and years
This creates a powerful long-term record of your fitness journey.
Celebrating Milestones
Use your history to celebrate achievements:
- First workout completed
- 10 workouts milestone
- 50 workouts milestone
- 100 workouts and beyond
- Longest training streak
- Program completion
These milestones matter - they represent your dedication and consistency.

- Ensuring you completed the workout fully
