Viewing Your Billing History

How you access your CENTR billing history depends on your subscription platform.

View Apple App Store Billing History

On iPhone or iPad

1. Open Settings → [Your Name] → Media & Purchases
2. Tap "View Account" and sign in if prompted
3. Tap "Purchase History"
4. Find CENTR charges in your history

On Computer

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. View all purchase history including CENTR charges

What you'll see: All CENTR subscription charges with dates, amounts, and charge details.

View Google Play Billing History

On Android Device

1. Open Google Play Store app
2. Tap Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions
3. Tap "Budget & history"
4. View all transactions including CENTR charges

On Computer

1. Go to pay.google.com
2. Sign in with your Google account
3. View transaction history

What you'll see: All CENTR subscription charges with dates, amounts, and order IDs.

View Web Subscription Billing History

For web subscriptions:

• Email receipts: Check inbox for emails from [email protected]
• Search email: Search for "Your receipt from Centr" to find all payment receipts
• Request from support: Contact [email protected] to request your complete billing history

How Far Back Can You View?

• Apple: Typically shows purchase history for several years
• Google: Shows transaction history for extended period
• Web: CENTR can provide history for your entire subscription period

Requesting Historical Receipts

If you need receipts for past charges:

For Apple Subscriptions

• Access through reportaproblem.apple.com
• View and download receipts for each charge

For Google Subscriptions

• Access through pay.google.com
• View receipts in transaction history

For Web Subscriptions

1. Email [email protected]
2. Request receipts for specific dates or entire billing history
3. CENTR will resend receipts via email

What Information Is Shown

Billing history typically includes:
