If your CENTR subscription payment failed, follow these steps to resolve the issue and restore your access.

Step 1: Update Your Payment Method

For Apple App Store Subscriptions

  1. Open Settings → [Your Name] → Payment & Shipping
  2. Add new payment method or update existing
  3. Ensure card is valid with sufficient funds

For Google Play Subscriptions

  1. Open Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Payment methods
  2. Add or update payment information
  3. Verify billing address matches card

For Web Subscriptions

  1. Contact [email protected]
  2. Request to update payment method
  3. Provide new payment information

Step 2: Retry the Payment

After updating your payment method:

  • Automatic retry: Apple and Google may automatically retry the charge within 24-48 hours
