If you signed up for CENTR with "Sign in with Apple" and used the "Hide My Email" option, your account uses an Apple Private Relay email address. Here's how to find it:
On iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Tap your name at the very top of the screen (above "Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases")
- Select "Password & Security"
- Tap "Apps Using Apple ID"
- Scroll down to find CENTR in the alphabetical list
- Your relay email will be displayed next to CENTR
- It looks like: [email protected] (random letters/numbers @privaterelay.appleid.com)
What to Do with This Email
Once you've found your relay email:
Save It for Future Reference
- Write it down or take a screenshot
- Save it in your Notes app or password manager
- Label it: "CENTR Account - Apple Relay Email"
- You'll need this for password resets and support contact
Use It For
- Password resets: When requesting password reset, use this email (not your regular email)
- Contacting support: Provide this email when asking support for help
- Email/password login: If not using "Sign in with Apple" button, log in with this email + password
Why You Need This Email
Your CENTR account is registered to your Apple relay email, not your regular email. If you try to:
- Reset password with your regular email → Won't work
- Contact support with your regular email → They can't find your account
- Log in with regular email → "Account not found" error
You must use your relay email for all account-related actions.
Where Emails Go
Even though your account uses the relay email:
- All CENTR emails are automatically forwarded to your regular email inbox

If finding and remembering your relay email seems complicated, the easier option is:
- Always use the "Sign in with Apple" button when logging in
- Apple handles everything automatically
- No need to remember your relay email

Can't Find CENTR in the List?
If CENTR doesn't appear in your Apps Using Apple ID list:
- You may not have signed up with Apple Sign-In - Try signing in with your regular email + password instead
- You may have used a different Apple ID - Check on other devices if you have multiple Apple IDs
- You may have signed up with "Share My Email" instead of "Hide My Email" - In this case, your account uses your regular Apple ID email, not a relay email

What If I Want to Stop Using Relay Email?
If you'd prefer to use your regular email instead of the relay email:
- Contact CENTR support at [email protected]
- Provide your relay email (from the steps above) AND your regular email

- After the change, you can use your regular email for login and password resets
