Accessing CENTR's Full Workout Library

CENTR offers multiple ways to discover and browse workouts, depending on whether you want personalized recommendations or prefer to explore the entire library yourself.

Understanding CENTR's Navigation

The CENTR app has four main tabs for easy navigation:

  • Home: Your personalized hub with Daily Workouts and My Plan
  • Programs: Browse and join structured workout programs
  • Explore: Access the full library of all workouts, recipes, meditations, and articles
  • Profile: Manage your account, settings, and preferences

Three Ways to Find Workouts

1. Daily Workouts (Personalized for You)

From the Home tab, you'll find Daily Workouts that are automatically matched to your goals and fitness level. These workouts are personalized based on your profile settings and provide an easy way to stay consistent without having to search.

2. Programs (Structured Plans)

Navigate to the Programs tab to browse complete workout programs. Once you join a program, it will appear in My Plan under the Home tab, providing you with a structured schedule of workouts to follow.

3. Explore (Full Library)

The Explore tab is where you'll find CENTR's complete library of content. This is the best option when you want to browse all available workouts and choose based on your current mood, available equipment, or time.

How to Browse in Explore

Step 1: Open the Explore Tab

Tap the Explore icon in the bottom navigation bar of the app.

Step 2: Choose Your Workout Format

You'll see two main workout categories:

  • Coached Workouts: Follow-along video classes with real-time guidance from trainers. Like taking a fitness class, you'll follow the trainer's movements and pacing from start to finish.
  • Self-Guided Workouts: Interactive workout experiences where you control the pace. These include features like weight logging, exercise tutorials, and the ability to pause between sets. Perfect if you prefer to train at your own speed.

Within Coached or Self-Guided workouts, you can apply filters to find exactly what you're looking for (see related articles on filtering by equipment, duration, and type).

My Plan: Your Personalized Schedule

My Plan is a section within the Home tab that shows your current workout schedule. This includes:

  • Workouts from any programs you've joined
  • Your personalized Daily Workouts
  • The ability to swap workouts if the scheduled one doesn't fit your day

My Plan takes the guesswork out of deciding what to do each day while still giving you flexibility to make changes.

Understanding Workout Types

As you browse, you'll encounter different workout categories:

  • Strength Training: Build muscle and power with weights or bodyweight
  • HIIT: High-intensity interval training for cardio and fat burning
  • Yoga: Flexibility, balance, and mindfulness
  • Boxing & MMA: Combat sports-inspired conditioning
  • Pilates: Core strength and controlled movement

Tips for Effective Browsing

  • Start with Daily Workouts: If you're new or unsure what to choose, your personalized Daily Workouts are an excellent starting point
  • Join a Program: About 75% of CENTR members follow programs because they provide structure and progression
  • Use Explore for variety: When you want something different or have specific time/equipment constraints, browse the Explore library
  • Set up My Equipment: Fill out your available equipment in the app - this creates shortcuts in Explore for faster browsing
  • Try both formats: Experience both Coached and Self-Guided workouts to discover which format you prefer

Switching Between Browse Methods

You can freely move between all three methods of finding workouts:

  • Follow your program some days, do standalone Explore workouts others
  • Complete your Daily Workouts during the week, explore new content on weekends
  • Mix Coached and Self-Guided workouts based on your energy and time

There's no requirement to stick to one method - use whatever combination keeps you motivated and consistent.
