Adding Sign in with Apple or Google to your account
If you log in with an email and password, you can add Sign in with Apple or Continue with Google to your account. Your email and password will still work, so you can use whichever is most convenient. Your workout history, subscription, and settings stay exactly the same.
Before you start: Don’t tap Sign in with Apple or Continue with Google until we’ve confirmed your accounts are linked. Doing so first will create a new, empty Centr account.
How to add Apple or Google sign-in
Adding a sign-in method is done by our support team. Email [email protected] with:
- The email address you currently use to log in to Centr
- Whether you’d like to add Apple, Google, or both
- Your Apple ID email or Google email address
We’ll confirm the accounts belong to you, link them, and let you know when it’s done. After that, tap Sign in with Apple or Continue with Google on the login screen to log in.
A few tips for choosing which account to link:
- Apple: When you first sign in with Apple after linking, choose Share My Email rather than Hide My Email to avoid login confusion later. [How do I use Sign in with Apple?]
- Google: Use a personal Google account rather than a work or school one, so you won’t lose access if you change jobs or graduate. [How do I use Continue with Google?]

Contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help you set up an email and password, so you can log in either way.
Troubleshooting
A new account was created instead: This happens if you used Apple or Google sign-in before your accounts were linked. Contact us with both email addresses and we’ll merge them, keeping your subscription and workout history.
The wrong Apple or Google account was linked, or yours has changed: Contact us with the correct email address and we’ll update the link.
Can’t log in with Apple or Google after linking: Make sure you’ve received our confirmation that linking is complete, then update the Centr Coach app or log out and back in.
