Which devices are compatible with Centr?
The Centr Coach app works on iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. There’s no dedicated smart TV app, but you can cast workouts to your TV from your phone or tablet.
Check if your device is supported
Minimum system requirements are listed on the Centr app page in the App Store and Google Play Store. To see what version your device is running:
iPhone or iPad: Go to Settings > General > About > iOS Version.
Android: Go to Settings > About Phone > Android Version.
For the best experience, we recommend a relatively recent device with an up-to-date operating system, at least 2 GB of free storage, and a stable Wi-Fi or 4G/5G connection for streaming workouts.
Using your TV
You can watch workouts on a bigger screen using:
AirPlay: Cast from an iPhone or iPad to an Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible TV.
Chromecast: Cast from an iPhone, iPad, or Android device to a Chromecast-enabled TV.
Screen mirroring: Use your TV’s built-in mirroring feature.
Casting performance can vary depending on your device, TV, and Wi-Fi connection.
Other devices
Amazon Fire tablets: Fire tablets run a modified version of Android that may not support the Centr app.
Kindle e-readers: Kindle e-readers don’t support video workouts, so we recommend using a smartphone or tablet instead.
If your device isn’t compatible
Update your device’s operating system if an update is available. If your device can no longer be updated, you’ll need to use a different compatible phone or tablet to access Centr.
