How long are Centr Coach workouts?
Centr workouts range from 5 to 60 minutes, so you can find something that fits however much time you have. Use the duration filter to find workouts that match your schedule.
What you’ll find at each length
5 to 15 minutes: Warm-ups and cool-downs, quick HIIT, ab workouts, and mobility or stretching. Great for busy days or adding on to another workout.
15 to 30 minutes: HIIT, bodyweight strength, boxing, short yoga flows, and workouts targeting specific muscle groups. Easy to fit into a lunch break or busy schedule.
30 to 45 minutes: Full-body strength, cardio endurance, MMA conditioning, Pilates, and full yoga sessions. A good length for regular, balanced training.
45 to 60 minutes: Advanced strength training, endurance challenges, and multi-discipline workouts, for days when you have more time to dedicate.
Finding workouts by length
In the Centr Coach app, open Explore and use the duration filter to choose your time range. You can combine it with other filters, like equipment, trainer, and workout type, to narrow things down further.
Adjusting a workout’s length
Short on time? Do fewer rounds or sets, shorten your rest periods, or stop when your time is up. A partial workout still counts.
Want more? Do two shorter workouts back to back, add a quick ab, arm, or stretching session afterward, or repeat a round of the circuit.
How long should my workouts be?
The best length is one you can stick with. If you’re new to training, start with 15 to 30 minutes and build up gradually. As a general guide:
- Fat loss: 20 to 45 minute high-intensity sessions work well
- Strength and muscle gain: 30 to 60 minutes allows time for more sets and progressive overload
- Cardio endurance: Build up gradually toward 30 to 60 minute sessions
- General health and fitness: Mix shorter and longer sessions throughout your week
Common questions
Is a short workout worth it?
Yes. Even 10 to 15 minutes can be effective, especially for HIIT or focused training.
Can I do more than one workout a day?
Yes. Splitting your training into shorter sessions can work well, as long as you allow time to recover between intense workouts.
