When to Complete Your Profile

You'll typically set up your profile immediately after creating your account and choosing your subscription plan. The FitQuiz is part of your initial onboarding experience and takes just a few minutes to complete.

Meal Plans by Goal:

  • Lose Fat goal: Has its own specialized meal plan with reduced refined carbs and increased protein/healthy fats
  • Get Toned, Stay Healthy & Fit, Increase Cardio Endurance, Everyday Strength & Mobility: Share a meal plan designed to match training intensity and support improved muscle mass to body fat ratio
  • Build Strength and Gain Muscle: Share a meal plan with increased calories and extra protein to support muscle growth

Selecting Your Fitness Level

CENTR offers workouts for different fitness levels:
