How do I create my Centr Coach account?
You can create an account at centr.com or in the Centr app on iOS or Android. You’ll need to be 18 or older to purchase a subscription, and each email address can only have one Centr account.
Choose how to sign up
Email and password: Your email becomes your login. Use an address you can access, since you’ll need it for verification and password resets. Passwords need at least 8 characters.
Sign in with Apple: Available in the iOS app and at centr.com on Apple devices.
Sign in with Google: Available on all devices.
Once you’ve signed up, choose your plan and enter your payment details to start your trial. For step-by-step instructions, see How do I start my free trial?. When you’re done, open the Centr app, log in, and set your goals and fitness level to get your personalized plan.
Whichever method you choose, keep using it to log in. Signing in with Google on one device and email on another can create a second account.
Using “Hide My Email” with Apple
If you choose Hide My Email when signing in with Apple, Apple creates a private relay address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) that becomes your Centr login. Use this address, not your regular email, for password resets and support requests.
To find it on your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple, then select Centr.
Troubleshooting
“Email already registered”: You already have an account with that email. Try logging in, or use Forgot Password to reset it. If you’ve used Sign in with Apple before, you may have an account under a relay email instead.
Verification email didn’t arrive: Wait a few minutes and check your spam or junk folder. Adding [email protected] to your contacts can help future emails get through.
Apple or Google sign-in isn’t working: Make sure you’re signed in to Apple or Google on your device, or create an account with email and password instead.
