How do I start my free trial?Updated a day ago

Starting your free Centr Coach trial

You can start your free Centr Coach trial by creating an account at centr.com. A credit card is required for verification, but you won’t be charged until your trial ends, and only if you don’t cancel first.

For Standard Free Trials: Sign up directly at centr.com or through the Centr mobile app (iOS or Android).

For Promotional Codes: If you have an activation code from an equipment bundle purchase or corporate wellness program, you must redeem it on the centr.com website only. Promotional codes will not work in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

How to Start Your Free Trial

  1. Go to Centr.com

  2. Create an account with your email and a password, or sign in with Apple or Google.

  3. Choose a plan: Monthly, Quarterly (3 months), or Annual (12 months, best value). Your free trial applies to any plan so choose the plan that best matches your long-term goals.

  4. Enter your payment details. Before confirming, check that your trial length and first billing date are shown. Your card will be securely stored but not charged until after your trial period ends, and only if you don't cancel before then.

  5. Download the Centr app from the iOs App Store or Google Play Store, log in, and set up your profile to get your personalized plan.

Redeem a promotional code

Promotional codes can only be redeemed at centr.com, not through the App Store or Google Play.

  1. Go to centr.com and create an account or log in.
  2. Select the plan that matches your code:
    • Codes starting with CENVZ (3 months free, included with equipment bundles) → Quarterly plan
    • Codes starting with CENWA (12 months free, from corporate wellness programs) → Annual plan
  3. Enter your code in the Promotional Code field and click Apply. Your total should show $0.00.
  4. Enter your payment details and complete registration.
  5. Download the Centr app from the iOs App Store or Google Play Store, log in, and set up your profile to get your personalized plan.

If you see an “Invalid code” error, the most common cause is selecting the wrong plan for your code type.

During your trial

You’ll have full access to all Centr workouts, meal plans, and mindfulness content. You’ll get a reminder before your trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then without being charged. If you cancel early, you keep access until the trial period ends.
