We recommend using Teflon Based lubricant on all chroming every 3 to 6 months. This includes the Guide Rods your weights utilize, as well as the front shafts on the unit. Please do not use WD-40 or other products besides the recommended Teflon Based Lubricant.How do I properly install the weight plates for the units? Please install the plates with the smooth surface side up. The small platforms/feet should be facing downwards. Please also make sure the weight stack number indent is facing towards the inside of the machine.How much space do I need for the unit? We recommend a space with a level surface and a clear or usable space of approximately 89 inches in width and 52 inches in depth.
