You have a range of Goals to choose from on Centr, each designed to customize your workout routine and meal plan to get you to where you want to be.
By taking our FitQuiz when you join to pin down your goal, we'll also offer personalized program options.
Lose Fat: Select this goal if you want to maximise the loss of excess body fat. The meal plan for this goal is focused on on reducing your refined carbohydrate intake, while increasing your intake of protein and healthy fats.
Get Toned: Select this goal if you want to increase lean muscle and burn fat to refine and define your body.
Stay Healthy & Fit: Select this goal if you're focused on your overall health and fitness, and improving energy levels.
Increase Cardio Endurance: Select this goal if you want to push your cardio fitness and staying power to new heights.
Everyday Strength & Mobility: Select this goal to feel stronger, more flexible and move better in everything you do.
The Get Toned, Stay Healthy & Fit, Build Cardio Endurance and Everyday Strength & Mobility goals above share a meal plan, designed to match your training intensity and support an improved muscle mass to body fat ratio.
Build Strength: Select this goal if you want to increase your total-body strength and boost staying power.
Gain Muscle: Select this goal if you want to maximize your muscle mass.
The Build Strength and Gain Muscle goals share a meal plan, with an overall increase in calories (and extra protein) to support muscle growth.
Whichever goal you choose, remember that your meal plan works in partnership with your workouts to get you the best possible results. Don't forget to check the snacking guidelines for your goal – they will form a key part of your daily calorie requirements!
