Which exercise level should I choose?Updated a month ago

It’s important you choose the workout intensity level based on the amount of exercise you currently do.

  • If you train between 0-1 times a week, you should choose Beginner.
  • If you train between 2-4 times a week, then choose Intermediate.
  • If you train between 5-7 times a week, then Advanced is best for you.

Remember, if you are finding the workouts too hard or too easy, you can change this in your Settings at any time.
