Why your serial number matters

Every Centr and Inspire Fitness unit has its own serial number. It’s how we identify your exact equipment, including its model, when it was made, and the parts it was built with. We use it to:

• Order the correct replacement parts. Models and production runs can use different parts, so the serial number lets us match the right part to your unit.
• Identify your unit. It confirms which product you own so we give you accurate setup, service and troubleshooting information.
• Register your warranty and process warranty claims. We’ll ask for it when you register your product or ask us to review a claim.
• Look up your order and your equipment. It helps our team find your product and service history faster.

Where to find your serial number

The serial number is printed on a white label attached to your equipment. The location depends on the type of product.

Strength equipment (racks, functional trainers, benches and similar)

The serial number is most commonly on a white sticker on the user’s left main frame.

Treadmills

The serial number is most commonly on the console, or on the base frame close to the power supply.

Cardio equipment

The serial number is most commonly on a white sticker on the back stabilizer (the rear legs).

Understanding your serial number format

The format of your serial number depends on the year your unit was produced.

• Units produced before 2022: serial numbers follow this format: 4-**-**-******
• Units produced in 2022 and later: serial numbers begin with the model type, followed by the serial number. For example: M202-4-**-**-******
