What goal setting do I choose if I recently had a baby and/or am breastfeeding?Updated a month ago

If you’re breastfeeding, please do not choose the Lose Fat goal as the lower calorie plan may affect your milk supply. Please select any of the following goals, as they will provide you with extra energy, including additional snacks:

  • Get Toned
  • Stay Healthy & Fit
  • Increase Cardio Endurance
  • Everyday Strength & Mobility

However, we recommend you speak to your doctor before embarking on any new meal plan or workout routine while breastfeeding.

If you’re postpartum but not breastfeeding, we also recommend selecting one of the above goals – whichever fits best with what you want to achieve. This will allow you to focus on feeling better while caring for your newborn, without the added pressure of losing weight.

Check with your doctor to ensure this fits in with your specific nutrition needs.
