What equipment do I need?Updated a month ago

You do not need any equipment to get started with Centr – many of our workouts are bodyweight (no-equipment) sessions.

Equipment that you might consider to increase the variety of your home workouts without breaking the budget include dumbbells, resistance bands and a bench. But again, this is not essential.

For some workouts that require weights, you can also substitute household items, for instance using bottles or cans as weights.

When looking in Coached Workouts or Self-Guided Workouts, we recommend using the equipment filter to find workouts that suit the gear you have.

If you set your goal to Build Strength or Gain Muscle, for home workouts goal you will need, at minimum, access to a barbell, dumbbells, bench and incline bench.
