What do I do if I miss a workout?Updated a month ago

If you miss a workout, don’t worry!

You can either go back and complete the workout, or simply pick up with the next day’s workout. Remember that recovery is an essential part of any good fitness routine, so if you end up taking an extra rest day here and there, that's perfectly okay.

If you're doing a Centr program, you may want to catch up on the missed workout on one of your rest days. But remember to listen to your body and take it at your pace – there is no strict deadline on completing a program.
