How to Update Your Payment Method

The process to update your payment information depends on which platform you use for your CENTR subscription.

Update Apple App Store Payment Method

To update payment for Apple subscriptions:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Payment & Shipping"
  4. Tap "Add Payment Method" or select existing method to edit
  5. Enter new payment information
  6. Tap "Done"

Or through Apple ID website:

  1. Go to appleid.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Go to Payment & Shipping section
  4. Add or update payment method

Changes apply to all Apple subscriptions including CENTR.

Update Google Play Payment Method

  1. Open Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your Profile icon (top right)
  3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions"
  4. Tap "Payment methods"
  5. Add new payment method or edit existing
  6. Enter new card information
  7. Save changes

Or manage through pay.google.com

Update Web Subscription Payment Method

For web subscriptions:

  1. Contact [email protected]
  2. Request to update payment method
  3. CENTR support will assist with updating your payment information
  4. You may need to provide new card details securely

When Payment Updates Take Effect

  • Apple/Google: Changes typically take effect immediately
  • Next charge: New payment method will be used for next renewal
  • Failed payments: Update payment method to retry failed charges

If your payment failed:

  1. Update your payment method using steps above
  2. The platform may automatically retry the charge
  3. If automatic retry doesn't work, contact support
