How do I reactivate a cancelled subscription?Updated 2 months ago

You Can Reactivate Anytime

If you cancelled your CENTR subscription and want to come back, you can reactivate at any time. The process depends on whether you reactivate before or after your paid period ends, and which platform you use.

Reactivating Before Your Access Ends

If you cancelled but still have access (you're in your paid period), you can reactivate to prevent your subscription from expiring.

Reactivate Apple App Store Subscription

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Select "Subscriptions"
  4. Find CENTR (may be in Expired section if already ended)
  5. Tap on CENTR
  6. Select a subscription plan (Monthly or Annual)
  7. Confirm resubscription

Your subscription will reactivate immediately or continue from your expiration date.

Reactivate Google Play Subscription

  1. Open Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your Profile icon → "Payments & subscriptions""Subscriptions"
  3. Find CENTR
  4. Tap to resubscribe
  5. Select your plan and confirm

Reactivate Web Subscription

  1. Log in to your CENTR account at centr.com
  2. You should see a prompt to resume or reactivate your membership
  3. Click "Resume Membership" or "Reactivate"
  4. Select your plan (monthly or annual)
  5. Enter payment information if needed
  6. Complete reactivation

Reactivating After Access Has Ended

If your subscription already expired and you no longer have access, you'll need to create a new subscription.

For Apple or Google

  1. Open the CENTR app
  2. You'll see a subscription prompt
  3. Select your plan (Monthly or Annual)
  4. Complete purchase through Apple/Google

Or resubscribe through Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching for CENTR and subscribing.

For Web

  1. Go to centr.com
  2. Log in with your previous account email
  3. Select a subscription plan
  4. Enter payment information
  5. Complete signup

Pricing When You Reactivate

Standard current rates apply when you reactivate:

  • No special "returning customer" discounts (unless promotional offer is running)
  • If prices increased since you cancelled, new prices apply
  • No "grandfather pricing" from your previous subscription
  • Check current pricing on centr.com or in app stores

Promotional offers: You may be eligible for promotional rates if CENTR is running a special offer at the time you resubscribe.

Your Data After Reactivation

Good news: Your previous data is restored when you reactivate!

  • ✅ Workout history - All completed workouts and records
  • ✅ Progress data - Body metrics, goals, achievements
  • ✅ Saved preferences - Favorite workouts, bookmarked recipes
  • ✅ Account settings - Profile information, preferences
  • ✅ Equipment settings - Your saved equipment list

Trial Eligibility After Reactivation

Usually not eligible for another free trial:

  • Most platforms only allow one free trial per account
  • If you previously used a trial, you'll likely need to subscribe at regular price

No Penalties for Reactivating

There are no restrictions or penalties for cancelling and reactivating:
