How do I cancel my subscription?Updated a month ago

How you cancel will be dependent on the platform you subscribed to Centr through.

Please find the cancelation steps for each of our platforms below.

Website subscriptions:

• Log into your account at Centr.com and head into the main menu in the top right corner of the screen.
• Click on Settings > Subscription.
• From here you can manage your subscription including updating your billing information or canceling your subscription.

Apple Subscriptions:

• On your iOS device, head into the settings app and click your Apple ID at the top of the screen to enter into your Apple ID settings.
• From there, click subscriptions > Centr > Cancel Subscription.

Android Subscriptions:

• On your Android device, open the Google Play Store.
• Check to ensure you are signed into the correct Google Account.
• Tap the menu > Subscriptions > Centr > Cancel subscription.

Please note that cancelling your subscription will not end your access immediately. You will retain full access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for any remaining time.
