How can I delete my account data?Updated a month ago
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you’ll lose access to all Centr content and your account data. You can also request that the data associated with your account be permanently deleted.
To make a data deletion request, please complete and submit our Privacy Webform.
We strongly recommend you check to ensure your account has been canceled, prior to requesting your data deletion, to ensure you don't incur any unwanted charges in the future - Requesting deletion does not automatically cancel your future billing cycles.
Important: Deleting your account data does not automatically cancel your subscription. We strongly recommend confirming your subscription has been canceled before submitting a data deletion request to avoid any future charges.
Please note that once your data is deleted, the process is permanent and cannot be undone—so we encourage you to consider this carefully.
We may require additional information or verification to confirm your identity before processing your request.
What data is deleted—and what is kept?
When your account data is deleted, we remove all personal information associated with your Centr account, including:
- Profile details (name, email address, approximate location)
- Account settings and preferences
- User-generated content
- Activity history (fitness info, app usage, search history)
However, certain data may be retained for legal, security, or compliance reasons, such as:
- Transaction records (e.g. payment details, purchase history)
- Communication history with our Customer Support team
- IP addresses and device information (for fraud prevention and security)
- Diagnostic data like app performance and crash reports
