What we'll do: Our order fulfillment team will update your shipping address in our Shopify system before the warehouse creates the shipping label. There is no fee for address changes before shipment.

Critical warning: Freight carriers charge very expensive "re-routing" fees for address changes after shipment. These fees can be $100-300 or more and are charged to you, the customer.

From our shipping policy: "Customers must provide an accurate ship-to address. Once these are shipped, the freight company will charge a very expensive 're-routing' fee at the buyer's expense if a wrong address is provided."

To request freight address change:

  1. Contact the freight carrier directly using information from your tracking email
  2. Freight carriers: The Custom Companies, Estes Express, or Daylight Transport
  3. Provide your tracking number
  4. Request a delivery address change
  5. Be prepared for significant rerouting fees

Better alternatives:

  • Cancel the shipment: Contact us to see if we can have the freight carrier return the shipment before delivery. You may then place a new order with the correct address.
  • Accept at original address: If possible, arrange to receive the delivery at the original address and transport the equipment yourself to the new location.
