Quick Fix
Sign out of the CENTR app and sign back in. This forces a fresh sync from the cloud and usually restores missing content.
Sign Out and Sign Back In
- Open the CENTR app
- Go to your profile or settings
- Find and tap "Sign Out" or "Log Out"
- Close the app completely
- Reopen the CENTR app
- Sign in with your email and password
- Wait 30-60 seconds for content to sync
- Check if your workouts and programs have returned
Important: Your data is stored in the cloud. Signing out does NOT delete your saved workouts or progress.
If Content Still Missing
Try these additional solutions in order.
Solution 2: Check Your Internet Connection
Content needs a stable internet connection to sync.
- Connect to WiFi (more reliable than mobile data)
- Run a speed test at fast.com (need at least 5 Mbps)
- Move closer to your WiFi router
- Restart your router: unplug for 30 seconds, plug back in
- Try signing out and back in again with strong WiFi
Solution 3: Force Close and Restart the App
iPhone:
- Swipe up from the bottom of your screen
- Swipe the CENTR app up to close it completely
- Wait 10 seconds
- Open CENTR again
- Wait for content to load (30-60 seconds)
Android:
- Go to Settings > Apps > CENTR
- Tap "Force Stop"
- Wait 10 seconds
- Open CENTR again
- Wait for content to load (30-60 seconds)
Solution 4: Check If Content Exists on centr.com
Verify your workouts are in your account:
- Open a web browser on any device
- Go to centr.com
- Log in with your account credentials
- Browse to Programs or Workouts section
- Check if your content is visible
- If content shows on web: This is an app sync issue. Continue to Solution 5.
- If content is also missing on web: Contact support immediately - this may be an account issue.
Solution 5: Delete and Reinstall the App
Reinstalling gives you a fresh sync from the cloud.
Your data is safe in the cloud. You won't lose:
- ✅ Your workout history and completed sessions
- ✅ Your saved programs and favorites
- ✅ Your progress tracking
- ✅ Your subscription status
iPhone:
- Delete the CENTR app completely
- Restart your iPhone
- Open the App Store and search for "CENTR"
- Install the latest version
- Open the app and sign in with your credentials
- Wait 1-2 minutes for all content to sync
- Check for your workouts and programs
Android:
- Uninstall the CENTR app completely
- Restart your Android device
- Open Google Play Store and search for "CENTR"
- Install the latest version
- Open the app and sign in with your credentials
- Wait 1-2 minutes for all content to sync
- Check for your workouts and programs
Common Reasons Content Disappears After Updates
- Incomplete sync: App updated before finishing content download. Sign out/in fixes this.
- Cache cleared during update: App needs to re-download content. Reinstall helps.
- Login session expired: Update logged you out. Sign back in to restore.
- Connection issues during update: Content didn't download. Check internet and retry.
Specific Content Issues
If Specific Workouts Are Missing
For example: "All boxing workouts are gone" or "Ashley's programs disappeared"
- Check if the content exists on centr.com
- If it's on the web but not the app, delete and reinstall the app
- If it's missing on both, contact support - the content may have been reorganized or updated
If Saved/Favorited Workouts Are Missing
- Sign out and sign back in to force sync
- Check under "My Favorites" or "Saved" sections in the app
- Check centr.com to see if favorites are there
- Delete and reinstall if still missing
Prevention for Future Updates
To minimize issues after future app updates:
- Update the app while connected to strong WiFi
- Don't force close the app immediately after updating - let it sync
- Wait 1-2 minutes after opening the updated app for content to load
- Keep your device storage above 1GB free space

- Your account email address
- Device model and operating system version
- CENTR app version (found in Settings or About)
- What specific content is missing (all workouts, specific programs, favorites, etc.)
- Whether the content shows on centr.com
- When you noticed the content was missing (after which update)
- Screenshots showing what's missing
We'll investigate and restore your content, usually within 24-48 hours.
Your Data Should Restore
In most cases, missing content after an update is a temporary sync issue, not permanent data loss. Your workout history, saved programs, and favorites are safely stored in our cloud servers. Once the app successfully syncs, everything will be back where you left it.
