Quick Fix

Sign out of the CENTR app and sign back in. This pulls fresh data from the cloud and usually restores missing or incorrect information.

Sign Out and Sign Back In

  1. Open the CENTR app
  2. Go to your profile or settings
  3. Tap "Sign Out" or "Log Out"
  4. Close the app completely
  5. Reopen the CENTR app
  6. Sign in with your email and password
  7. Wait 1-2 minutes for all data to sync from the cloud
  8. Check if your data is now correct

Important: Your data is stored in the cloud. Signing out does NOT delete anything.

If Data Still Missing or Incorrect

Solution 2: Verify on centr.com

Check if the correct data exists in your account:

  1. Open a web browser on any device
  2. Go to centr.com
  3. Log in with your CENTR credentials
  4. Check your workout history, programs, favorites, or stats
  • If data is correct on web: This is an app sync issue. Continue to Solution 3.
  • If data is also wrong on web: This may be an account issue. Contact support at [email protected].

Solution 3: Check You're Logged Into Correct Account

Make sure you're using the right email address:

  1. Check which email you're logged in with (in app settings or profile)
  2. Verify this is the email you use for CENTR
  3. If it's the wrong account, sign out and sign in with the correct email

If you have multiple CENTR accounts, you may need to contact support to merge them.

Solution 4: Force Close and Restart the App

iPhone:

  1. Swipe up from the bottom
  2. Swipe CENTR app away to close
  3. Wait 10 seconds
  4. Open CENTR again
  5. Wait 30 seconds for sync

Android:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > CENTR
  2. Tap "Force Stop"
  3. Wait 10 seconds
  4. Open CENTR again
  5. Wait 30 seconds for sync

Solution 5: Check Internet Connection

Data syncing requires internet connection.

  • Make sure you're connected to WiFi or mobile data
  • Test your connection by opening other apps or websites
  • Try switching between WiFi and mobile data
  • After confirming connection, sign out and back in to force sync

Solution 6: Update the App

iPhone:

  1. Open App Store
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Update CENTR if available
  4. After updating, sign out and back in

Android:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon > "Manage apps & device"
  3. Update CENTR if available
  4. After updating, sign out and back in

Solution 7: Delete and Reinstall the App

Your data is safe in the cloud. Reinstalling will pull everything fresh from our servers.

iPhone:

  1. Delete CENTR app
  2. Restart iPhone
  3. Reinstall from App Store
  4. Log in with your credentials
  5. Wait 2-3 minutes for all data to sync

Android:

  1. Uninstall CENTR app
  2. Restart device
  3. Reinstall from Google Play Store
  4. Log in with your credentials
  5. Wait 2-3 minutes for all data to sync

Common Data Issues

  • Workout history missing: Sign out/in to pull from cloud
  • Stats showing zero: Check centr.com to verify data exists, then reinstall app
  • Favorites disappeared: Force sync by signing out/in
  • Progress showing old data: Clear cache (Android) or reinstall (iPhone)
  • Different data on phone vs tablet: Sign out/in on both devices using same credentials

If your data is still missing or incorrect after trying all steps, contact our support team at [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address
  • Device model and operating system version
  • CENTR app version (found in Settings or About)
  • What data is missing or incorrect (workout history, stats, favorites, programs, etc.)
  • Whether the correct data shows on centr.com
  • When you first noticed the issue
  • Screenshots comparing what you see vs what should be there

We'll investigate and restore your correct data, usually within 24-48 hours.
