Quick Fix

Force close the CENTR app and restart it. This resolves most blank screen issues immediately.

Force Close and Restart

For iPhone

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of your screen (or double-click Home button on older iPhones)
  2. Find the CENTR app in your open apps
  3. Swipe the CENTR app up and off the screen
  4. Wait 10 seconds
  5. Open CENTR again from your home screen

For Android

  1. Go to Settings on your device
  2. Tap "Apps" or "Applications"
  3. Find and tap "CENTR"
  4. Tap "Force Stop"
  5. Confirm by tapping "OK"
  6. Wait 10 seconds
  7. Open CENTR again

If Blank Screen Persists

Try these additional solutions in order.

Solution 2: Check Your Internet Connection

Blank screens often occur when the app can't load content due to connection issues.

  • Try switching between WiFi and mobile data
  • Test other apps to confirm internet is working
  • Move closer to your WiFi router if signal is weak
  • Restart your WiFi router: unplug for 30 seconds, then plug back in

Solution 3: Update the App

Blank screen bugs are often fixed in newer versions.

iPhone:

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
  3. Scroll down to see pending updates
  4. If CENTR shows an update, tap "Update"

Android:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
  3. Select "Manage apps & device"
  4. Look for CENTR under "Updates available"
  5. If available, tap "Update"

Solution 4: Restart Your Device

  1. Power off your phone or tablet completely
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Power back on
  4. Open the CENTR app

Solution 5: Clear App Cache (Android Only)

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap "Apps" or "Applications"
  3. Find and tap "CENTR"
  4. Tap "Storage"
  5. Tap "Clear Cache" (NOT "Clear Data")
  6. Open CENTR again

Note: iOS users don't have a cache clearing option. Proceed to Solution 6.

Solution 6: Delete and Reinstall the App

Important: Your workout history, progress, and subscription are saved in the cloud. Reinstalling will NOT delete your data.

iPhone:

  1. Press and hold the CENTR app icon
  2. Tap "Remove App" or the minus (-) icon
  3. Select "Delete App" and confirm
  4. Restart your iPhone
  5. Open the App Store and search for "CENTR"
  6. Tap "Download" to reinstall
  7. Open the app and log in

Android:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > CENTR
  2. Tap "Uninstall" and confirm
  3. Restart your device
  4. Open Google Play Store and search for "CENTR"
  5. Tap "Install"
  6. Open the app and log in

Check If It's an App-Specific Issue

Try accessing your account on centr.com:

  1. Open a web browser on your device or computer
  2. Go to centr.com
  3. Log in to your account
  4. Check if content loads properly
  • If centr.com works: The issue is specific to the app. Try deleting and reinstalling.
  • If centr.com also shows blank: This may be an account or server issue. Contact support at [email protected].
