How much of my data will Centr use?Updated a month ago

We can’t tell you exactly how much data Centr will use, but on average, 5 mins of video can use up to 60MB. We recommend connecting to wifi wherever possible before hitting play on a Centr workout.

You can take control of your data or improve video streaming when you're in an area with poor network connection by selecting 'Low data mode' in your workout settings.

Simply tap the mixer icon on a Coached Workout video, or the kebab icon at the top right when you open a Self-Guided Workout, and toggle 'Low data mode' to ON.
