2. What is the Safety Key and why is it important?

The Safety Key is a removable device that must be inserted into the Safety Key Port for the treadmill to operate.
If removed, the treadmill will stop immediately and display: "Please Reinsert the Safety Key."

Safety Tip:
Attach the red Safety Key clip to your clothing during workouts. In an emergency, pull the key to stop the treadmill.


3. Can I store the Safety Key away from the treadmill?

Yes. The Safety Key is attached to the treadmill with a securing cord that can be removed using the fastening screw, allowing you to store it safely when not in use.


4. What power requirements does my treadmill have?

For 110V models:

  • Power Source: 15 Amps, 120V

  • Use only a grounded outlet (no extension cords, adapters, or GFCI outlets).

  • Do not use with generators or UPS systems.

For 220V models:

  • Power Source: 10 Amps, 220V

  • Use only a grounded outlet with the correct plug type for your region (Type E, K, G, I, or J).

  • No extension cords, adapters, or GFCI outlets.


5. How do I properly ground the treadmill?

This treadmill includes a grounding plug and must be connected to a properly installed, grounded outlet in compliance with local electrical codes.
If unsure, consult a qualified electrician.


6. Can I use my treadmill with a generator or power inverter?

No. The treadmill must be connected directly to a compatible, grounded wall outlet.


7. What should I do if my treadmill causes interference with radio or TV signals?

If interference occurs:

  1. Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

  2. Increase distance between the treadmill and the receiver.

  3. Plug the treadmill into a separate electrical circuit.

  4. Consult a radio/TV technician if needed.

Place the treadmill on a non-slip, protective floor mat.
This prevents scratches, pressure marks, and wear on flooring such as hardwood, vinyl, tile, or carpet.
