Content isn't loading properlyUpdated 2 months ago

Quick Fix

Sign out of the CENTR app and sign back in. This forces a refresh and resolves most content loading issues.

Sign Out and Sign Back In

  1. Open the CENTR app
  2. Go to your profile or settings (if accessible)
  3. Find and tap "Sign Out" or "Log Out"
  4. Close the app completely
  5. Reopen the CENTR app
  6. Sign in with your email and password
  7. Wait for content to sync - this may take 30-60 seconds

If Content Still Won't Load

Try these additional solutions.

Solution 2: Check Your Internet Connection

Content requires a stable internet connection to load.

  • Test your connection by opening other apps or websites
  • Try switching between WiFi and mobile data
  • Run a speed test at fast.com (need at least 5 Mbps)
  • Move closer to your WiFi router if signal is weak
  • Restart your router: unplug for 30 seconds, plug back in, wait 2 minutes

Solution 3: Force Close and Restart the App

iPhone:

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of your screen
  2. Swipe the CENTR app up to close it
  3. Wait 10 seconds
  4. Open CENTR again

Android:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > CENTR
  2. Tap "Force Stop"
  3. Wait 10 seconds
  4. Open CENTR again

Solution 4: Update the App

Outdated versions can have content loading bugs.

iPhone:

  1. Open App Store
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Update CENTR if available

Android:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon > "Manage apps & device"
  3. Update CENTR if available

Solution 5: Restart Your Device

  1. Power off your device completely
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Power back on
  4. Open the CENTR app

Solution 6: Delete and Reinstall the App

Important: Your data is saved in the cloud. You won't lose your workout history, progress, or subscription.

iPhone:

  1. Delete the CENTR app
  2. Restart your iPhone
  3. Reinstall from App Store
  4. Sign in with your credentials
  5. Wait for content to sync (30-60 seconds)

Android:

  1. Uninstall the CENTR app
  2. Restart your device
  3. Reinstall from Google Play Store
  4. Sign in with your credentials
  5. Wait for content to sync (30-60 seconds)

Check Content on centr.com

Verify if the content issue is app-specific:

  1. Open a web browser
  2. Go to centr.com
  3. Log in to your account
  4. Check if the same content loads on the website
  • If content appears on web: The issue is with the app. Delete and reinstall the app.
  • If content is also missing on web: This may be an account or subscription issue. Contact support at [email protected].

Common Causes of Loading Issues

  • Poor internet connection: Need stable 5+ Mbps connection
  • Sync not complete: Wait 30-60 seconds after logging in
  • Outdated app version: Update to latest version
  • Cache issues: Sign out/in or reinstall app
  • Account sync problem: Check if content exists on centr.com
