How to Verify Your Email & Update Your Account Before the Centr Login Update
As part of our Centr Update, users logging in with email & password will need to verify their email address. This process ensures your account remains secure and accessible.
⚠️ Important: If you registered with a fake or unable to access your email, you may be locked out of your account after the update. Don’t wait—finish the update steps before September 23, 2025 to ensure uninterrupted access.
Update Your Email Address (Before the Centr Update)
To make sure you don’t lose access to your account, please confirm your account email is one you own and can access.
Via Web
Log into your account.
Click on the 3 lines on the top right corner of the screen and Go to Settings → Account Details.
Confirm email address is correct
If correct, you are all set.
We’ll notify you after September 28th when it is time to log back in.
If the email address isn’t correct, please move to step 4.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS COMPLETE BEFORE SEPTEMBER 23TH TO AVOID LOSING ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. THIS IS CRUCIAL TO KEEP USING YOUR CENTR SUBSCRIPTION.
Click on Email.
A popup will appear prompting you to change your email. Enter the new email address you own and confirm.
Via Mobile (Android/iOS)
Log into your account.
Click On the profile icon at the bottom right corner of your screen
3. Once clicked, click on account details:
4. Then, click email to open up the change email prompt
5. Successfully, change your email address to a correct valid email you have access to

Once you’ve confirmed your email before September 28th your account will be fully secured and ready to go. No further action is needed.
