If Audio Still Out of Sync

Try these additional solutions in order.

Solution 2: Restart Your Device

Restarting clears memory and resets audio/video processing.

  1. Power off your phone or tablet completely
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Power back on
  4. Open the CENTR app
  5. Try playing the video again

Solution 3: Check for App Updates

Audio sync bugs are often fixed in newer app versions.

iPhone:

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Scroll down to see pending updates
  4. If CENTR has an update, tap "Update"
  5. After updating, try the video again

Android:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Select "Manage apps & device"
  4. Update CENTR if available
  5. After updating, try the video again

Solution 4: Try a Different Video

Check if the issue is with one specific video or all videos:

  • Play a different workout video
  • If other videos are fine: Report the specific video with sync issues to [email protected]
  • If all videos have sync issues: Continue to Solution 5

Solution 5: Check Internet Connection

Slow or unstable internet can cause audio sync problems.

  • Run a speed test at fast.com (need at least 5 Mbps)
  • Switch from mobile data to WiFi if available
  • Move closer to your WiFi router
  • Close other apps using bandwidth
  • Restart your router: unplug for 30 seconds, plug back in

Solution 6: Delete and Reinstall the App

Important: Your data is saved in the cloud. Reinstalling won't delete your workout history or subscription.

iPhone:

  1. Delete the CENTR app completely
  2. Restart your iPhone
  3. Reinstall from App Store
  4. Log in with your credentials
  5. Try playing the video

Android:

  1. Uninstall the CENTR app completely
  2. Restart your device
  3. Reinstall from Google Play Store
  4. Log in with your credentials
  5. Try playing the video

Try Downloaded Videos

If streaming videos have sync issues, try downloading:

  1. Connect to WiFi
  2. Find the workout you want
  3. Look for a download icon or option
  4. Download the video completely
  5. Play the downloaded version offline

Downloaded videos often play more reliably without sync issues.

Common Causes of Audio Sync Issues

  • App needs restart: Memory issue. Force close resolves it
  • Slow internet: Buffering causes audio/video mismatch
  • App bug: Fixed in newer versions. Update app
  • Device memory: Too many apps running. Restart device
  • Specific video issue: Problem with one video file. Report it
